Basic principles of Loyall Data Collection
  • Loyall should be clear about how we collect, use and secure personal information.
  • Personal information should be processed for legitimate purposes only and will be deleted or anonymized when we no longer have the basis for processing them.
The data is divided into different categories. The contents of the categories are described under.
Submitted information
This includes information provided by a user when signing in, such as information from one or more social media accounts, or details filled in the form.
  • This may contain:
    • E-mail,
    • Phone,
    • Date of birth,
    • Name,
    • Address,
    • Profile picture and/ or
    • Gender.
Additional Information
Anonymised data on the performance of communicated communications and answers to  surveys/campaigns. We do not collect any information that is used to make financial transactions.
Device Information
Information about which device a user uses (mobile, tablet, laptop, etc.)
Location Information
If location tracking is enabled, Loyall can collect information about where in the venue you are.
This information is only collected if the user  has actively consented to it.
Network Information
Loyall collects information related to IP addresses, Internet service providers, click flow data, browser type, language, as well as date, visited and timestamp.
Sources of Data Collection
Form
Data may be collected when a user fills a form hosted by  Loyall’s  
Facebook
Data may be collected when a person uses Facebook as a login method at any of  Loyall’s   locations.
Google
Data may be collected when a person uses Google as a login method at any of  Loyall’s locations.
API links
Data may be collected when there is an API link between other third party sites such as Booking pages, customer clubs etc.
When is personal information  processed .
Active consent
Loyall's processing of personal data is based on voluntary, explicit, and informed consent from you as a user. This consent may be withdrawn at any time. If a person  withdraws his or her consent, the processing will cease, and the personal information will be deleted if the retention of the information is based solely upon the consent.
Statutory requirements
Loyall may process personal information if it is necessary to maintain statutory requirements.
Service Performance
We may process personal information to provide better user experiences.
